Leadership Development
Leadership Development means committing to grow oneself as a leader in order to grow and sustain a healthy system. This journey involves working both within oneself and in relationships with others. We discover who we are as leaders through practice, feedback, and in community.
I believe that leaders should be able to grow and learn through the process of Safe Growth.
Safe Growth feels exciting, intentional, and when you are allowed to make mistakes and be in learning mode.
Safe Growth doesn’t feel like obligation, stretching yourself to solve problems that are outside of your reach or scope, or being called upon to fill holes in leadership due to a dysfunctional system.
